What if I don't like my product?

If your item does not fit, contact Oooh-La-La and exchange for the proper size (panties will not be exchanged).

Can I cancel my subscription?

Each subscription is month to month and you can cancel anytime.  To cancel, email ooohlalapantycompany@gmail.com.

When will I be billed?

You will be billed the same date every month as your initial order. A small shipping and handling fee will also be applied.

When will I get my first order?

Once your order is placed, you will fall into the next shipping date. We ship at the beginning of every month (around the 5th) and at the end of the month (around the 20th). So, if you enroll on the 10th, you will fall into the end of the month shipping period. If you order on the 22nd, you will fall into the beginning of the next month's shipping period. Contact us anytime with any questions you may have.

Can I switch my package?

Yes, you may switch at anytime. Email us at ooohlalapantycompany@gmail.com and make sure to include your first and last name, and specific package changes.

Can I pay for a year in advance?

Yes. You are welcome to pay for the entire year, for yourself or someone else, just send us an email and we will send you an invoice. ooohlalapantycompany@gmail.com
